My Teeth Cleaning Routine

Hey, So as you may know I work in a dentist and along the way in my journey to where I am now I’ve picked up a few tricks along the way. I used to swear by my good old trust manual toothbrush and whatever toothpaste was on offer at the time and I have to admit I didn’t really brush for 2 minutes like I should twice a day. So after a while I thought I’d take in some of the advice and change a few things. First off I went and brought myself an electric toothbrush because a) it does half the job for you b) most have built in timers anyways c) gives a more spot on clean. The tooth brush I invested in was only a cheap one as I thought it wouldn’t make much difference so I brought myself the Oral B vitality. I didn’t have many reasons to buy this tooth brush we just sold it at work and I thought hey if we sell it must be good.
also at work we encourage all our patients to floss and I felt a bit of a hypercritic telling people to floss and I didn’t so again I just picked up a floss we had at work and put it to the test I always thought it was a complete waste of time but ohh my days the difference is amazing I feel like I have nice clean gums all the time now.
while on the line of flossing I also tried out some brushes we sold at work called tepe brushes, they come in different size for different size gaps and again I didn’t really get the point but ohh my goodness I love them I always carry one in my purse now in case I get food caught or something they are amazing!!!
So at the beginning I admitted I never stuck to one toothpaste ever. But after getting a sample from work I got stuck on the oral b pro-expert I love it and it’s not that expensive either
after suffering a bit of sensitivity a while I go I was told by one of our dentist to use a high fluoride toothpaste so I invested in the Duraphat 5000 which you can only purchase from the dentist now I believe but it’s amazing it stop my sensitivity and worked wonders
so guys that was a very quick rundown on my daily dental care i will do a video on it soon and if u have a questions feel free to ask hope your all ok Kirstie-x
